WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Otto Arms replaces incorrect or damaged products as soon as our Customer Service team is notified by phone at (850) 428-2092 or by email at help@ottoarms.com. Once our Customer Service team has been contacted, they will work with the customer to coordinate return shipping on incorrect and/or damaged orders.
