Otto Arms accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
HOW IS TAX CALCULATED?
Otto Arms operates from Florida and is therefore required to collect taxes on all orders shipped to the state of Florida. We are not required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to a location outside of the state of Florida. Otto Arms may be required to collect city, county, and other taxes, which may increase the total amount of sales tax on your order.
The tax total will be added to your order during checkout and will be visible before payment is required.
HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
All apparel ships free! Other products are shipped via USPS Priority mail and costs are calculated based on the final shipping destination. Shipping will automatically be added to your total during checkout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F) unless the product is back ordered. (See product description for expected back order ship date). All packages going to continental U.S. addresses are shipped via USPS, therefore, transit times vary by location. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the order’s estimated transportation information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Otto Arms does not ship outside the United States. Each order must contain a billing and shipping address from within the country or its districts. Though Otto Arms proudly supports our armed forces, we cannot ship to service members outside the previously mentioned region due to export control laws and regulations. However, you may place a government order for Otto Arms products by exporting the order to an APO/FPO. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns for new, undamaged products at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Otto Arms replaces incorrect or damaged products as soon as our Customer Service team is notified by phone at (850) 428-2092 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our Customer Service team has been contacted, they will work with the customer to coordinate return shipping on incorrect and/or damaged orders.
HOW DO I SEND A RETURN?
